Religious Education 2021-2022
We pray that you and your family stay safe and healthy! With COVID-19, we all know that RE classes will have to function differently this year. We have been working to find the best solution to keep our children, catechists and families safe. Our priorities are to continue offering faith formation to our students and to provide preparation for those receiving sacraments this year.
Here's our plan:
Safety we will follow the guidelines of the Diocese of Tucson, and local school districts to determine safety measures, such as requiring masks and temperature controls. We will let you know how we will do this closer to the beginning of RE. Our youngest First Communion students will have their own supply bag, so they will not share materials. Classroom surfaces will be cleaned before and after RE classes meet.
Registration is now open. The forms are on the website and you can now make your Online Application. Please look at the RE Registration poster. Also, you can stop by the church office (8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.). Monday to Thursday.
Please contact the Office of Religious Education if you have any questions about the sacraments or the grade level your child should be assigned this year. We are here to help!! We know that your child's religious education is a priority for you and us! We are here to support you as you pass your faith on to your children. We look forward to working with you, our Most Holy Trinity families!
Best Regards,

Brayant Gracia Ramos Biography.
My name is Brayant Gracia Ramos, born and raised in Mexicali Baja California, Mexico.
My family currently lives in the same place where we grew up. My mother Yolanda, my father Alvaro and my two older brothers, Angel and Pedro. Since I was little my mother and family took us to church and we surrounded ourselves with the environment of Catholicism. I was an altar boy in my hometown church for about 3 or 4 years. Later I grew up and my interests became different, so I decided to participate in the youth groups of my parish. It was there when I found the love of God and the vocation to the priesthood.
At the age of 17, I decided to enter to the Diocesan Seminary of Mexicali. Where I studied the first 4 years of philosophy. When I Finish the first four years, I decided to take a break in my life and at the same time got an invitation for the Diocese of Tucson AZ, to became part of their seminarians, through Father Jorge Ricardo Farias, Director of vocations for the Diocese of Tucson. It was here that this long and arduous journey of life began, away from my loved ones.
I learned a new culture, a new language was a very difficult challenge, but with God's help nothing is impossible. I managed to learn the English language in the first 6 months of my stay in the United States. Bishop J Kicanas, decides to send me to study in Boynton Beach Florida, at Saint Vincent de Paul Seminary. Where my English skills were improving and l learn theology for 2 years.
The roar of loneliness and being away from all my family, makes me give a decision to leave the formation for the priestly life. I decide to return to Tucson AZ. Here I start studying at Pima Community College, the Translation and Interpretation program. Later, I decided to do a certification at the University of Arizona, TEFOL / TESOL (teaching English as a second language). It was there that I met my wife, Courtney Stang. With her support and her unconditional love, she helped me complete my two master's degrees in Education, the first one is Teaching and the second in Educational Management.
I am currently working at Pima Community College as the Program Coordinator for the international office, part time and I had the honor to be accepted in to the Most Holy Trinity Parish as the new Director of religious Education.
